About me. I graduated from Macquarie University with a Masters in Chiropractic. Since then I have built and expanded upon my skills, learning disciplines & techniques such as SOT ( Sacral Occipital Technique ), Gonstead Advanced Technique, Activator Methods, NET, and Applied Kinesiology.

I specialise in headache, lower back, neck, shoulder, and hip pain. This allows me to provide professional, holistic health care that can be tailored to the individual.

As a chiropractor my philosophy is to provide a personalised holistic care to every patient, with the ultimate goal that they experiencing the healthy life they deserve.  As the human body is a finely tuned and highly adaptable organism, there are many health issues today that can have a variety of outcomes and presentations.

I like to approach every patient individually, to take the time to discuss their health goals and concerns and develop a plan to address them as well as looking into the cause of their issues.

Nutritional cleansing & supplement support is an area of special interest to me, having had Glandular fever as a child and bouts of Chronic fatigue growing up, I have experienced the impact of living with an under functioning immune system, and the frustration that comes from coping with poor health.

A major step towards optimal health begins with a strong digestive and immune system, giving these systems the nutrition and support they need enables the body to function and perform at its peak.
